Experienced instructors will teach you the basics of the game: delivery, sweeping and strategy. Curling is a life-long sport for people of all ages and abilities, with rich traditions dating back 500 years.
No equipment is required, just wear flat-soled athletic shoes and comfortable, flexible clothing.
